Just wasn't long enough...
We had a fabulous time at the villa, everything was just perfect. We were very grateful for the welcome pack - got a nice cuppa when we arrived. We really enjoyed pottering about the villa, its so peaceful and quiet in the mornings. We all enjoyed watching the birds and joshua had a great time looking up the names of all the different types. Just wasn't long enough - ahh well have to start saving for next time. Thanks again so much for everything it really was like home from home, although we prefer the climate much better in America.

Our vacation was outstanding...
I just wanted to let you know how pleased my family and I were with Blue Heron Villa. Our vacation was outstanding, as were the accommodations. In particular, the children especially enjoyed the swimming pool and ping pong table. While we had a little problem with the air conditioning needing repair when we arrived. However, the issue was promptly, and professionally, addressed the following day by Gary and his staff. Gary was also a great help, when my wife realized she had left a pair of earrings in the jewelry box on the master bedroom dresser. He immediately went to check and found them, and has advised us they have been sent back via UPS. Everything about our stay at your villa has been exceptional, and I would like to commend you on your choice of management company.

Just wanted to send you a note to tell you what a delight it was to deal with Gary. Everyone we've rented villas from in Florida over the past ten years seems to think their property management is 'the best', but sadly, we've had a few very bad experiences with 'shady' management, and in general have found such things as poor communication skills or response time to be quite tedious. It was a nice surprise to have Gary responding in record time, each time I contacted him, and he was exceptionally pleasant and helpful when I called to give our credit card info. He praised your villa as well, fyi. I thought you might like to know, and think it's important to offer praise where it is due. I know we are comforted knowing that we will be dealing with someone who seems highly responsible and personable, and I hope it gives you some comfort as well to know your home is in such capable hands (though I suspect you already know this).

Many thanks for the wonderful holiday we had in your beautiful home. The villa itself exceeded expectations and we loved it. We had 7 staying at one point and there was more tan enough room - one bedroom we didn't use. Practical too - loads of towels and the washer and dryer were very handy. The pool was great as I cant take chlorine and it was a real luxury to find a saltwater one. We hope to return and stay again. Thanks too to Gary who could not have been more helpful.

A wonderful vacation had by all!
Many thanks for the use of your beautiful villa. It was the perfect setting for our family -peace and tranquility away from the hustle and bustle of the tourist area. We loved the pool area.. we couldn't get the grandkids out, they played from morning to night in there! Great weather, great accomodations! So many good memories - celebrated two birthdays & a surprise proposal @ Disney by our son to his girlfriend!! Highly recommend this villa & are hoping to return next year for our family vacation. The view from the Lanai is spectacular...
Thank you very much for allowing us to spend our holiday in your wonderful Florida home. The welcome pack on arrival was very much appreciated and Gary had even provided skimmed milk as requested. The view from the Lanai is spectacular and we enjoyed sitting out there in the evening watching the birds and listening to the varied wildlife calls. I don't think photographs can do it justice. Your villa is extremely comfortable and well equipped and although we have never stayed at one with a salt water pool before we are "converts". We also found it very well located being so near to Disney World, Sea World and Universal. I would also like to praise your management company. We arrived back at the villa at 5.00 pm one evening to find that one of the smoke alarms was beeping due to low battery power. We contacted Gary and within 15 minutes he had arrived with a set of ladders and replaced the battery. As regulars to Orlando (and we always book a Villa) if we are looking for a villa in Orlando again we would certainly put yours at the top of our list. Thank you once again. Best Wishes

Our days were full of excitement…
We have had a wonderful time in Florida - a fabulous family treat in you're beautiful home. Our days were full of excitement and wonder and it was so very nice to return to our 'new' and comfortable home each evening. We were so lucky to meet the family of cranes who tried to get in the house!! We al made full use of your pool and table tennis facilities -both excellent of course. A wonderful holiday - made even greater - by the use of your exquisite home - we shall certainly tell our friends. With thanks for making this holiday so very special to us.

The setting is just perfect - over looking a lake…
Big thank you for letting us stay in you're beautiful Florida home. We couldn't have found anywhere better! The accommodation was just perfect for our group of 8 (which included a disabled member of our family) and there was something for everyone. The setting is just perfect - over looking a lake, and we spent many an hour just sitting by the pool taking in the gorgeous views. The location too, was brilliant - not far from the theme parks and places to eat, but not in the middle of hundreds of neon lit fast food establishments - it was wonderful. Your home is beautiful, the rooms are furnished and decorated so tastefully and we appreciated the use of soft fluffy bath robes and an abundance of towels. We had a fabulous holiday in a fabulous house - so thanks again.

All I could think was WOW! ...
I'd just like to say when I first got here, after a long journey all I could think was WOW! What a great and welcoming place. I'm just saying my piece but we all loved it here. It was my first time in Florida and I loved every minute of it. Everyone is so kind and courteous, and nothing is too much trouble, unlike England! As for the villa and pool it was way above what we expected.

Best villa that we have experienced…
Best villa that we have experienced on our Florida annual holidays. The evenings by the lovely pool, overlooking the lake were so relaxing after a long day at the parks. The bird-watching was an unexpected pleasure - along with so much other wildlife including frogs, snakes and rabbits. Very nice communities feel to the estate - not too touristy - great place to have a home.

Had a great holiday in your villa, weather fist week a bit wet but great the second week. Villa lovely and peaceful and very relaxing around the pool and spa. Did all the parks, need another holiday now to get over it. Enjoyed our stay. PS: Loved the robes! Great to warm up when the air conditioning got a bit cool.
